GEORGIA PODOLOGY SERVICES
TERMS & CONDITIONS

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

Appointment Scheduling
All appointments must be scheduled through Georgia Podology Services' online booking system.

Appointments require  a $25.00 non-refundable deposit applied toward the total service fee.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy
A minimum of 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or missed appointments may result in forfeiture of the deposit and/or charging of the remaining balance to the card on file.

Late Arrivals
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show.

Service Scope
Georgia Podology Services provides non-invasive advanced foot care and wellness services.

We do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medication, perform surgery, or remove toenails.

Payment Authorization
By booking an appointment, you authorize Georgia Podology Services to charge your payment method for services rendered and applicable fees under these Terms.

SMS Terms
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from Georgia Podology Services regarding:
• Appointment confirmations
• Appointment reminders
• Scheduling updates
• Customer care messages
